Continue the learning journey through the OD Map with Intervention Design and Evaluation.
Purpose
To engage and challenge participants in preparing a workshop and / or intervention for the client system.
Outcomes
- Review work to date regarding OD context, definitions and OD Map
- Present and discuss homework (see link below)
- Learn about "Framing", what it is and why it matters
- Evaluate sessions
