Expired Blending Leadership Coaching with Organization/Team Development – May 11, 2021

April 22, 2021 by ODN Oregon

  •  May 11, 2021
     5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

This program is a joint program of the Oregon OD Network and the International Coach Federation - Oregon. The program is being administered by ICF.

How do you define Organization Development (OD)? Have you utilized OD practices in your coaching business?

In this interactive session, you will learn how closely leadership coaching parallels OD. Through OD practitioner storytelling, learn the benefits to pairing leadership coaching with OD to 1) evolve your reputation and business, 2) uncover opportunities to partner with OD practitioners, and 3) pair coaching with OD to impact organization and workgroup change.

You'll walk away with:

  • An understanding of OD and its parallels with leader coaching.
  • Knowledge of the OD lens to identify opportunities to consult with your coaching client’s team and/or system.
  • Practice through small group storytelling with fellow coaches and OD practitioners.
