Oregon Organization Development Network

We are professionals from a wide variety of industries, passionate about organization improvement. Our membership includes internal managerial leaders, external OD practitioners and students of this field coming from different professions, all interested in learning more about OD.

The Oregon ODN is proud to offer its members several cutting-edge services designed to help them grow their knowledge and skills. We offer monthly programs that explore OD best practices relevant to the organizations of today and the future. Our programs are rich in learning and networking opportunities. Our Special Interest Group (SIGs) allow members to connect with other members who have shared interests and want to collaborate for learning and mutual support.

We also give our members experiential opportunities to learn, grow and give back to the community through our Community Consulting Project and Vital Signs Assessment. Under these initiatives, we invite you to participate in real-world OD consulting projects and serve as volunteer consultants.
